Caitlin McGregor, Esq.

Of Counsel

Caitlin McGregor is a family law attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most challenging legal matters with compassion, honesty, and thoughtful advocacy. She understands that family law cases often involve some of life’s most emotional moments and is committed to ensuring every client feels heard, informed, and supported throughout the legal process.

After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin, Caitlin received her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 2022. While attending law school—and even before beginning her legal education—she worked in multiple family law firms, gaining valuable hands-on experience in litigation, case strategy, and client advocacy.

Family law has always been a natural calling. Growing up with a mother who spent more than two decades as a family law paralegal before becoming an attorney, Caitlin witnessed firsthand the profound impact family law has on parents and children. Although she gained experience in civil, business, and commercial litigation, she ultimately returned to family law because it allows her to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families during some of their most difficult seasons.

Caitlin’s practice focuses on divorce, complex property division, child custody and conservatorship disputes, modifications, enforcement actions, and protective orders. She approaches every case with both empathy and strategy, taking the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances while developing practical legal solutions tailored to their goals.

One of the most rewarding aspects of Caitlin’s practice is building meaningful relationships with her clients and helping them find clarity during uncertain times. She recognizes that many clients feel overwhelmed when they first seek legal representation and takes pride in being a steady advocate who ensures their concerns are heard and their interests are effectively represented before the court.

As the child of divorced parents who maintained a healthy co-parenting relationship, Caitlin brings a unique personal perspective to her practice. Having grown up in a blended family, she understands that while family transitions can be difficult, they can also be navigated in ways that promote stability and positive outcomes for both parents and children.

Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, sewing, sculpting, and other artistic pursuits. She also enjoys event design, antique shopping, and restoring unique vintage finds, appreciating the creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail these hobbies require.

Caitlin believes that how you show up for people matters. She approaches every client without judgment, focusing instead on understanding their circumstances, communicating honestly, and providing dependable guidance through every stage of the legal process. She is committed to building relationships founded on trust while helping clients move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
