With nearly two decades of experience in human resources, Sarah Dyer brings extensive knowledge of people operations, organizational development, and employee engagement to Thaler Law. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and professional workplace reflects her passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and has built a career focused on supporting employees, strengthening organizational culture, and advancing effective human resources practices.

In her role at Thaler Law, Sarah provides strategic guidance and leadership across all aspects of human resources. Her responsibilities include developing HR policies, promoting employee engagement, and supporting training and professional development initiatives.

Outside the office, Sarah enjoys supporting high school and college athletics. She can often be found cheering for her son at football and baseball games, supporting her daughter on the drill team, or rooting for her beloved Texas A&M Aggies alongside her oldest son.

Sarah is also deeply committed to serving her community. She actively participates in organizations supporting local schools, including her school district's Education Foundation, strategic planning committees, and athletic booster clubs.

Faith and family remain central to Sarah's life. She and her husband are active members of their church, where they serve as youth mentors and volunteer in the early childhood ministry.
